A warren of tiny stalls tucked under the JR Sobu Line tracks, a couple of minutes on foot from Akihabara Station's Electric Town exit. Most stalls sell electronic parts, but a few carry used and vintage watches, which is where we went hunting in our Akihabara video. Opening hours differ stall by stall.
