A large outlet mall beside Kaihin-Makuhari Station with Seiko and Citizen shops whose prices are some of the lowest we found in Japan, often below typical Tokyo watch stores. In our video we went through Citizen (Eco-Drive, Campanola, Series 8), Bulova and Promaster, Frederique Constant, then Seiko (Prospex divers, Presage and Grand Seiko). Opening days vary, so check the mall calendar before you go.
