One of the biggest flea markets in Tokyo, and a favorite destination for watch collectors. While not every vendor appears every weekend, you can usually find a wide range of watch vendors offering watches in varying sizes and conditions. This is arguably one of the best places in Tokyo to find deals, but most watches might require some servicing or restoration.
